All this knitting, sewing, walking in the woods and working for a not-for-profit has finally put me on the path towards eco-awareness. Better late then never eh? Plus the other stuff in my life.

Friendly reminders
Despite all the advice to do pelvic floor exercises, from pregnancy books and antenatal classes, I find that the only time I do them is when I'm reading a magazine and come across an ad for incontinence pads.
No I don't think so, but they do come in a range of hardnesses. A range of two, that is. The softer ones are apparently less easy to hear :) Try http://www.dvice.co.nz
c maryon: well that's mighty convenient! The boy is always boasting that he can tell when a woman is doing pelvic floor exercises by the look of effort on her face.
that's okay Cathi. I figured it out when I clicked on your name to check out your profile. If you can swear by those balls then that's incriminating enough for me :-)

Oh gosh, now you mention it...
I have two words for you
love balls
mtnw: and now that your comment has reminded me again...
cathi: I've heard of 'em, but never seriously considered using them as exercise props. Do they come in a range of sizes??

Sorry Violet, that C Maryon was me :)
I can confirm that the harder ones can be heard by someone other than yourself, in certain circumstances
I will not say any more on this topic on the grounds that I might incriminate myself.
