All this knitting, sewing, walking in the woods and working for a not-for-profit has finally put me on the path towards eco-awareness. Better late then never eh? Plus the other stuff in my life.

I know it's just a fantasy world, but...
Yesterday I saw the final episode of Gilmore Girls, and by then I was definitely ready for the end of Stars Hollow World. While it's never tried to be a gritty, real-life portrayal of small-town existence, I have to say that all that Rory-love was really getting to me. She'd become as annoying as Angel's Fred. It's people's flaws that make them human and Rory has increasingly resembled Brainiac Barbie. Thank goodness for Kirk.

I was glad when Gilmore Girls and 7th Heaven ended. I couldn’t help but watch every episode. Now I am not stuck infront of the TV or upset when I miss an episode. I watched other shows but had to watch these ones.
I used to love that show, but haven't really followed it much in the last 2 years or so. All the talking finally took it's toll and I needed aspirin just to make it through an episode. I did always find the actor who played Luke to be hot in a kind of butch way, however.....
Ack! I always found Fred extremely annoying especially in the later episodes- she was just soo smart, and "adorable" and everyone wanted her. It's hard to like characters like that.
angela: tv addiction is a terrible thing. but so good :-)
jon: it can be quite tiring trying to follow intelligent conversation. One friend of mine stopped going to get-togethers which included a couple of particularly brainy friends, because it wore him out trying to keep up with them.
mtnw: yeah, just like Rory >:-(
I'm so with you. I found Rory pretty annoying, honestly.
lumpyheadsmom: Yep. At least Lorelei had a flaw or two.
