Is it possible to get another cold when one is still in the throes of the last one? Because if it is, then The Little Madam must have done just that. We've been giving her doses of the inhaler every 4 hours during the day, which ought to clear her airways and decrease the coughing somewhat. But since yesterday she's been sneezing lots more.
I know that it's healthy for young children to have their immune systems "challenged", but this is totally feckin' ridiculous.

Yes, I'm afraid it is. I hope this phase does not last for you and perhaps since TLM is not going to childcare it won't but I have found cultivating resignation and low expectations about actually being able to have any kind of social life has been what has gotten me through the past year and a bit. I'm told it gets easier though...
I reckon if we put her into childcare now she couldn't be any worse off, eh?
You could be worse off though. Because you'd be paying for childcare while you cared for her at home anxiously watching your sick leave run out.
