Time to think about spring already?

So, New Zealand's fashion designers have started unveiling their spring collections already.

Even if I weren't sick, I'd still find it incredibly hard to get interested in spring clothes, when it's still cold enough for Arctic (fake) furs.

It is freaking cold! I just got back from a short trip to Sydney and I'm freezing.

I've found it hard to get interested in fashion in about the last 10 years when I realised that actually, I no longer like fashionable clothes (and find myself complaining to people that 'clothes in Cue don't look like they would look good on normal people' etc).

Sigh.

I hope you feel better soon. I hear that the swine flu is quite rampant in Wellies now!

I have never understood why we were expected to buy the swimwear when snow was still on the ground and heavy coats while we're still in shorts.

donnasoowho: Cue stuff is for skinny womern I reckon. My interest in fashion is just so I know what to expect when I go shopping for whatever I need to wear. Like, if the only jeans you can get are the skinny ones, then I just wouldn't bother looking.

Nigel : it only works in our favour when the winter stuff is on sale when there's still 4 months of cold weather left, and similarly for summer clothes.
