Herself again

I think the worst is over. The Little Madam has been puke-free since yesterday morning and hasn't produced another foul-smelling poo since the one which interrupted yesterday's morning nap. Plus, she's replaced her recent behaviour of sleeping all night and napping lots during the day, with her more usual wakefulness. In fact, right at this very minute she's resisting my second attempt at getting her to take a morning nap. She's also laughing lots and shuffling about looking for trouble. The old TLM is back.

But I'm feeling a tiny bit of nausea, myself. Either I've caught what she had - which has a quite high probability - or I'm being paranoid.

glad to hear TLM is on the mend, violet. darth jr. was one of those "ear infection every two months for two years" type babies-we thought we'd never see the end of it.

and hopefully its just paranoia ;)

Now that baby is on the mend, it sounds like Mummy could do with a rest. Take it easy for a while Violet and give yourself a chance to recover from all the clearing up and running around you have had to do these last few weeks :) E.

nyx: I'll do my best :-)

darth: TLM hasn't had an ear infection yet (fingers crossed). She's had so many colds that there's no time for ear infections to get a hold on her.

kazzer: no, because I read somewhere that you have to have sex to get pregnant.

elizaf: funny you say that, because while TLM was sick she slept through the night - now she's better, she's waking up lots (presumably because her appetite's back with a vengence), so I'm less rested now than when she was sick!

I really hope you're just being paranoid! Taking care of TLM while sick yourself does not sound like my idea of fun...

Hopefully she'll start sleeping nights even though she's better!

That's just what you need. A sick child gives you time to chrge up for the onslaught of wellness. This is not so easy to handle when you get their ailment next!

scholiast: I think it must've been paranoia after all, 'cos I haven't felt nausea since then (fingers crossed).

rainypete: ex-zachary!
